Foundation History
Formed in 2002, the Leeway Foundation, Inc. is a 501C-3 approved entity. Our mission is to create innnovative approaches to educate the consumer regarding health care and bring about a change in their behavior for a better personal lifestyle.
Andre' L. Lee, DPA, FACHE is President and Chariman of the Board of Leeway Foundation. A retired Hospital Administrator, he has a career that spans 40 years in health care as CEO of hospitals and founder and owner of Hospices and other health entities.

The Foundation has a seven (7) member Board of Directors who provide governance to the affairs and projects of the foundation.
An Advisory Board comprised of individuals throughout the United States serve as a panel of expert consultants who help to shape the projects undertaken by the Foundation.
